The Digital Islamic Studies Curriculum (DISC) coordinates Islamic Studies across the Big Ten Universities, providing students to engage with peers from other campuses. This summer, DISC is hosting a 10-day Summer Research Institute for undergraduates and recent graduates from the Big Ten Academic Alliance to apply. The program will take place  June 3 - June 13, 2024. 

Intending to guide student from a variety of levels through the process or scholarship and research in Islamic Studies, DISC hosts two program tracks: the beginner Gateway Track and the advanced Capstone Track. 

Furthermore, DISC provides its participants  the opportunity to visit University of Michigan and University of Maryland campuses, all expenses paid.
