This occasion of "Talking About the Middle East" is the fourth in our series of dialogues about Multi-Ethnic Cultural Reproductions in the Middle East (MCRME). It's an opportunity to:
- Join the conversation about Middle Eastern cultures and experiences
- Connect with Middle East experts and scholars
- Participate in facilitated discussions on important contemporary issues
- Be part of a project that bridges cultural perspectives
This collaborative project brings together scholars and community members to create spaces for thoughtful dialogue and shared inquiry. By centering multiethnic and multireligious histories and the voices of those who navigate in-between spaces, the project models new approaches to understanding power, belonging, and humanity in the region and on our campus. This dialogue will engage themes of coexistence, identity, and cultural production. We will focus on themes from MCRME dialogues this year, and what participants would like to see in the coming year.
