Participants will use the book: Strategic Doing: Ten Skills for Agile Leadership (Wiley, 2019), a workbook, as well as access an online library of resources.  You’ll be a Strategic Doing “practitioner” after this training, able to lead a group in tackling collaborative undertaking using Strategic Doing. You can choose to follow up the training by completing the requirements to become a Certified Workshop Leader. Certification involves documenting an implementation of your new skills and creating a portfolio of documents about the experience. You’ll be able to access an experienced “coach” to help you get your new approach off the ground successfully.
