Implication of the Iran Nuclear Deal

Dr. Payind has recently given several interviews on what the implications of the Iran Nuclear Deal will be in the Middle East, particularly in the war zones.  Until now, Iran and the U.S. have been playing a tug of war, neutralizing each other’s policies in the region.  If the deal is signed, Iran will be freed from sanctions, obtain global recognition, and increased economic  and political power.  There is an important caveat, however: the U.S. retains the right to resume sanctions if Iran violates any of their promises.

The residual power of the U.S. in the deal is why it bodes well for Iran’s neighbors in the region, despite fears of Iranian power and the potential for increased intervention. The P5+1 (U.N. Security Council Five Permanent Members, plus Germany) are also supporting the deal, not only the U.S. and Iran. They will also hold Iran accountable.

A common theme in Iran , which is based on past and recent experiences, is the expectation that the country be treated as a sovereign state.  The general public want the rest of the world to respect Iran’s legitimate desire to preserve their honor in international negotiations and dealings.
